Founded in 2012, it is part of Amadeus IT Group, one of the world's largest travel technology companies. Amadeus Software Labs India currently plays a vital role in developing innovative travel solutions, reflecting its importance in the technology sector.
The Challenge
As Amadeus collaborates with some of the most innovative companies, their office space needs to offer a unique experience. Their existing space was at full capacity, and expansion was becoming increasingly difficult. Moreover, Amadeus has always prioritized cutting-edge technology, but their systems hadn't been updated in a while, and the pandemic highlighted new needs for hybrid work environments.
Our Solution
Ideas Ahead assembled an internal team to guide Amadeus through a comprehensive design process. The objective was to amplify the "wow factor" by transitioning from traditional projectors and LED screens to expansive, high-definition video walls. Additionally, cutting-edge cameras and microphones were recommended that significantly outperform earlier models, offering superior performance and quality. The goal was to ensure compatibility with all major video conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and future technologies.
Spaces & Implementation
Boardroom
Features a stunning 16-foot-wide Absen 1.2mm pixel pitch Active LED wall, complemented by Novastar video wall processor, QSC Network PTZ cameras, Sennheiser ceiling microphones, QSC speaker system, and Qsys control system.
Cafeteria
In the spacious 1400-seat cafeteria, two 10-foot-wide Absen 1.5mm pixel pitch Active LED walls take center stage. The setup is enhanced by multiple Telycam cameras, Roland mixer, Sennheiser handheld and gooseneck microphones, and QSC speaker system.
Townhall Area
Consists of three divisible spaces that can be combined or isolated. Active LED displays range from 20 feet down to 7.1 feet, supported by Telycam camera systems, Sennheiser microphones, and QSC speaker system.
Meeting Rooms
105 meeting rooms equipped with Logi and Jabra UC bars, along with complementary peripherals for a superior collaboration experience.
