The Challenge
Marvell aimed to build a next-generation workplace supporting high-density meeting environments, flexible divisible training spaces, and large-scale internal broadcast capabilities — all within a strict 90-day timeline. The key challenge was delivering a consistent, intuitive, and scalable AV experience across diverse room formats while ensuring seamless integration between audio, video, and control systems.
Our Solution
Ideas Ahead designed and deployed a fully networked AV ecosystem built on Zoom Rooms as the unified communication platform, Dante-based audio architecture for low-latency scalability, AVoIP backbone for flexible video distribution, and Q-SYS platform for control, automation, and advanced processing. The solution delivered intelligent automation, seamless room combination logic, and a consistent user experience across all 93+ spaces.
Spaces & Implementation
Meeting Rooms (Small & Medium) — 49 Nos
Standardized collaboration spaces equipped with high-resolution displays, Logitech Rally Bar systems, and Logitech Tap controllers. Designed for plug-and-play Zoom experiences ensuring simplicity and reliability.
Focus Rooms (1–4 Pax) — 38 Nos
Compact, high-efficiency spaces featuring Neat Frame and Neat Board (32") for quick meetings, focused work, and hybrid collaboration.
Divisible Training Rooms (1+1+1+1)
Highly flexible training environments operating as independent rooms or combined configurations. Features presenter tracking cameras, auto camera switching, auto audience framing (Q-SYS Vision Suite), Sennheiser ceiling microphone arrays with voice lift, and bi-directional broadcast capability to the cafeteria.
Cafeteria / Townhall
Multi-purpose engagement zone with a 32:9 active LED display, multiple repeater and confidence monitors, high-performance Q-SYS DSP audio with Sennheiser wireless microphones, dedicated presenter console, wired and wireless presentation options, and integrated stage lighting for townhalls and live sessions.
