The Challenge
The objective was to create a consistent AV experience across two separate buildings, supporting interactive and scalable meeting rooms, flexible training environments with room combination capability, and large-scale employee engagement — all within an aggressive 75-day timeline. The key challenge was ensuring seamless integration and uniform user experience while enabling flexibility across different room formats and use cases.
Our Solution
Ideas Ahead designed and implemented a standardized yet flexible AV ecosystem built on Zoom Rooms for unified collaboration, network-based AV architecture for scalability, and intelligent automation for training and event spaces. The solution ensured a consistent user interface across all rooms, effortless room control and switching, and a high-quality audio-visual experience across all environments.
Spaces & Implementation
Meeting Rooms (4–15 Pax) — 34 Nos
Interactive collaboration spaces equipped with Logitech video conferencing systems and DTEN 55" & 75" all-in-one interactive displays. Designed for seamless Zoom meetings, whiteboarding, collaboration, and a plug-and-play user experience.
Divisible Training Room (1+1)
Flexible training environment functioning as two independent rooms or one combined space. Features PTZ cameras for presenter and audience, intelligent camera switching with speaker tracking, ceiling microphone arrays, network-based speakers, Logitech Scribe for digital whiteboarding, and seamless room combine/isolate at the touch of a button.
Cafeteria / All-Hands Space
Dynamic engagement zone for large gatherings, live events, and Zoom-enabled all-hands sessions. High-quality speakers with wireless microphones, dedicated cameras for presenter and audience coverage, wired presentation system with integrated Zoom conferencing.
Recreation Space
High-energy zone featuring a powerful, immersive audio system designed for informal collaboration and team engagement.
